We are having our first staff get together at Stephe and Rite's place. Here Barry and Mariette - two spiritual giants - are in deep conversation.

 

I arrived backed from Holland late Friday night and on Monday I flew up to Scotland for the LDC - Leadership Development Course. This is the view from my room. Arran is looking different every day. The trees are getting leaves real fast.
